1) Am I allowed to cancel my registration?

No, cancellation is not allowed after payment is made.

2) Can I transfer my registration?

Subject to approval.

4) If you are not joining any post convention trip, recommended flights to depart from Malaysia are 10PM MYT for International Flights and 8PM MYT for Domestic Flights.
